Jennifer Etkin Gold founded Etkin Gold Art Strategies to provide market knowledge and strategic guidance to buyers and sellers of Post-War and Contemporary Art. Jen draws on over fifteen years of experience in the international art industry, where she established a reputation with both clients and colleagues for thoughtfulness, transparency and trust.

Prior to founding Etkin Gold Art Strategies, Jen was director of The Hammond Group, a boutique art advisory in New York City, where she facilitated private sales and managed consignments at auction on behalf of the firm's clients. She also advised emerging and established collectors on acquisitions, and issued USPAP-compliant appraisals for estate tax, charitable donation and insurance purposes.

Earlier in her career, Jen served as client strategy manager in the Chairman’s Office at Christie’s, where she partnered with senior executives to expand and strengthen collector relationships across the Americas. She was also director of Tribeca’s Ortuzar Projects and manager of artist relations and exhibition programming at London’s Simon Lee Gallery.

Jen received her M.A in Modern and Contemporary Art from Christie’s Education and her B.A. in Art History and Political Science from Colgate University.
